How to Purchase?


Ordering

Step 1: Select your desired products from our blog and drop us a note or email us directly at mezzopocco@gmail.com (Please begin your SUBJECT as "Mezzo".)

Step 2: Once we have received your order confirmation, we will tabulate all cost of purchase and shipment for you and will inform you via email reply.

 Step 3: Payment by ATM fund transfer (Bank Account No. will be emailed to you) or Cash on Delivery(for orders S$50.and above)

 Step 4: Upon receipt of payment, we will contact you via email regarding receipt of payment, stock availability and delivery details.


Payment

We accept payment from:


#  ATM Fund transfer Payment  (Bank Account No. will be emailed to you)

#  Cash on Delivery (for purchase S$50 and more)

All payments must be made within 3 days after purchase. For Cash on Delivery, please email us your preferred delivery address. Customers can also choose to self-collect at Lavendar MRT.


Purchases would have to be collected within 5 days upon confirmation.

If payment has not been received after the said period, your item may possibly be sold to another buyer.



Shipping & Delivery



You can choose the following handling methods. Charges will be as follows:

Registered mail: Flat Rate of S$2.50.


Normal Post: Will advised based on weight of item. We will not be responsible for any loss item through normal postage.


Orders with total cost of $50.00 or more (excluding postage fees) will enjoy FREE courier service the following working day after payment has been received ( Excluding Sat, Sun and public holidays.)




Returns / Exchanges


Goods sold are non-refundable.
